asm fenders & asm rear over fenders

asm fenders & asm rear over fenders
im in the market for new wheels, i would like to stick with the 17x9 setup with 255/40 all around.....but if i had asm fenders & asm rear over fenders what offset would i need ?

im sure it also depends whether he is going to cut away his actual fender and put the over-fender in place like they are supposed to be ran or if he just bolts on the over fender to the stock one....
