Default ASA AR1 18 inch

Hi guys, I am considering buying wheels for my car. I am a student so I am on a budget, I would love to get some Work wheels sometime, but right now its beyond my budget. I have done some research and it appears to me that ASA AR1 wheels are what work the best for me. I really like the looks of this wheel (would love it if the lip was polished and not machined lip) and I think it is a very reasonable price and decent quality. I will not be tracking the car or trying to squeeze that last 0.1 second out of my lap times, so I am not too worried about the weight issue (besides my GF or dog are always riding in the passenger side so add a bunch of pounds anyway, performance out the window). Having mentioned the pros for this wheel, I am not totally enamored with the wheels, but happy enough. Before I commit to purchasing them I have a few questions.

1) I would be much happier with this wheel if I could get 18 ASA AR1. Do they fit? I plan to lower the car 1 inch. Would I have to roll my fenders? I have no idea what rolling fenders really means, or if it is expensive or dangerous. I guess if I can get it done for cheap it would be ok, but I wouldnt want to invest 600$ on rolling my fenders.

2) Anyone knows of a wheel that is similar to the ASA AR1 but with a polished/chrome lip (within the same price range). I do not like 5 spoke or 3 spoke wheels. I like 7 or 10 spoke design with a nice lip like ASA AR1. So far the only polished lip wheels I have found are waay out there in terms of $$$ (Work wheels).

3) There is one wheel that I found that I like visually more than ASA AR1, the Shuk W21 wheel. It is virtually impossible to find any info on this wheel, and seems to be unabailable through Tirerack. Any one has any info on this wheel. I know a few members have them in their cars.

Thanks for your comments. I do not want to save money for a really balling lighweight wheel because I am on a budget and I dont justify the price anyway, since my car is more of a cruise beach day car, than a track performance car. Oh I also forgot, I dont like black or gold, or any color rims I will put some pics soon.
