AP2V1 non stagger setup w/ 255/40's
I just picked up a set of AP2V1 rear wheels and wanted to get helpful answers. I've search, but haven't come across the exact combo I'm working with.
I'll be straight to the point:
Espelir sport springs/stock shocks
Camber 1.8 F, 2.2 R
AP2V1 rears on all corners w/ planned 255/40
Planning on 5mm spacers for front wheels to clear hub.
Will I experience any rubbing?
Will I need to roll the front fenders?
Removing of fender liner required?
Would I be better served going 245/40s?

You would have to drill the center of the wheels bigger to clear the front hubs. I would have to say the 245/40R17 would be better. You can always try one to check the clearances.
If I can help let me know.

I guess my searching has turned up bad information.
I'm actually now considering 20mm bolt on spacers and rolling the front fenders for proper clearance.

He's running 25mm spacers all the way around using AP2V1 rears at all four corners, but with 245's in the fronts and 255s in the rear.

My set is bored out, and I only had a slight rub on the fender clips on the front end. Under extreme compression I imagine it would suck, but with auto-x use it wasn't bad at all.
Rear is not an issue.
This was with 255 Hankook RS3 and -1.8 degrees of camber in the front.
If you use a 20mm spacer it will rub the sh*t out of the front fender under compression, guaranteed. Do it right and get them bored out by a machine shop.

i think you can use a 5mm spacer like someone here said. but it won't be hub centric.
i could not find a machine shop so i used a router with a flush cut bit and follow the contour of the part that holds the center cap. i was able to make this work and the fit is like factory. but i think machine shop charges like 20-50 bucks per wheel
