Default AP2 wheels on an AP1?

Hey guys,
First time poster long time lurker. I bought a black AP1 (yay) but I'm having wheel problems. I noticed my back 2 tires are always low, and finally one of them blew out and won't hold air. I took them to my tire place and he says the chrome is delamenating and slicing into the tires. When he installed them, he recommended looking into new wheels.

Fine, I bought the car used, the previous owner had cheap shitty chrome rims on it, so I need new ones. I have always liked the AP2 rims, will they post straight up onto an AP1? Or should I look into something else (I also like black rims with silver/chrome lip if you guys have suggestions).

BTW I got Eagle F1s, who likes them?

Thanks in advance,
jg

AP2 wheels fit no problem on the AP1.

Not to hijack this thread, but can someone tell us the difference between the AP2 V1 & V2 wheels? I've been doing some research and I've seen some folks mention the V1/V2, but never with an explanation.
Thanks!

You can run the AP2 wheels with either 215/45R17 or 225/45R17 front and 245/40R17 or 255/40R17 on the rear. If I can help with the tires let me know.
