Door sticker usually is for softest ride.

Tire manufacture puts a recommended max load tire pressure on the sidewall of the tire.

I usually find a pressure between the two that gives best performance.

I would say no more than a couple pounds more than the OE PSI. More PSI will wear the tire down the middle. A couple more will improve handling

Depends on how you want the car to handle, how you much you care about tire wear and ride comfort. For best handling I ran my tires about 36 PSI front and 34 rear. Rears wore down the middle from over inflation. Fronts wore about perfect.
