Just wanted to comment on the tires to wrap up this thread. I ran the RT660s in 225 square at for 4 events this year so far. In all of the events the tires have performed well and I have no issues with the tires. Grip is consistent and predictable. I have run 1 event in the rain with them and they are decent. Maybe a bit edgy when transferring from wet to dry surfaces but still good.

I also ran the tires at Evo Advantage autocross driving school. Really helped me get to understand the limits of grip with the tires and get some seat time.

The following day after the Evo driving school I ran the Solo National Tour at FedEx field in DC. I was swinging back and forth between 8th and 9th out of the 12 cars in C Street. But that was more due to lesser driving on my part then the tires performance. I did think that was pretty respectable at a national tour event. It my 3rd day autocrossing the car and have only tires on it with the stock front sway bar.

For especially those AP1 s2000 owners out there looking to run in C Street with their stock 16 inch wheels, I think the Rt660s in 225 square should be a serious consideration. They can be competitive and do not rub at least for a stock AP1 with just an alignment. Hope this helps others and hope to see more s2000s in C Street. It was myself and a AP2 at the national tour all the rest in the class were ND Miata.

BLue AP2 got second in SST by the way

I was at the Tirerack WDCR Nationals at FedEx field too, I am still learning the rules and I had already done some modification so I got placed into the newly created SST class. It is probably not worth it to undo all the mods to get into C Street, I just need as much practice as I can get for right now.
I was in SST along with the blue S2000 pictured. He really impressed me and gave me tips on how to set up the car properly. He has been autocrossing for years and his car is modified to take advantage of the rules, he proves that S2000s can still be competitive as he came in 2nd. I was also looking at wheels and tires so this thread is helping me a lot. I am sure everyone has heard that the Tirerack will have the new Bridgestone RE71-RS starting June 1st. I am doing the test and tune in May so they won't be available by then.

As far as rubbing goes I run 225 Continental ECS as my daily tires on stock AP1 rims with no rubbing at all. I have SPC Upper Ball Joints and -3.2 front so I think you'd be good to max out the front camber if you wanted.
