just wondering if anyone can chime in on how to spot real vs fake lms. i am really interested in picking up these wheels, and just want to make sure im getting the real deal before forking over top dollar. can anyone give me some pointers in making the confirmation on real or fake. thank you.

I have never seen fake ones that look like LM's. The finish and craftsmanship of the LM's is insane just by looking at them you should be able to tell if they are real.

I;ve seen a really good fake once, it took me about 15 minutes to find the flaw (reminds me of "Where's Waldo") The only way I could tell from the picture I had, was to look at the lip of the rim, and also where the valve stem sits in according to the mesh. Do you have a picture of the fake rim?

^ would the valve stems give it away? I believe LM's use metal valve stems only right? I know you can replace them on wheels but it might be an easy way to spot a fake?

If they're 18x8 +49/50 18x9.5 +55, say BBS on the centercap - I'm 99.9% sure they're real. stop worrying.
