Your sidewall ratio is too high.
Here are pics of my car with OZ Ultra Leggeras. The wheels are 18x8 and 18x9, 48mm and 55mm, respectively. I'm running BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW-2 tires: 225/40ZR18 and 255/35ZR18.

I have mine dropped about 1" now on Buddy Club Racing Spec coilovers and I don't rub in the rear. However, I rub up front when cornering hard.
You can use negative camber to help with rubbing in the rear (and/or roll your fenders). However, you can't do that up front as our cars camber out from the bottom instead of the top of the wheel arch up front.
