Can you post a pic of your car with that set up? 225/45R18 is a horribly wrong size for the rear. 245/35R18 or 255/35R18 would be acceptable. If you are refering to the Rota d2 wheels, do a search and you'll find plenty of pictures and set ups. Do you know the size and offsets of your wheels?

You'll probably be rubbing up front if you are lowered. I rub with a 7.5 +50 and 225/40R18 in the front and stock camber, but lowered. You can always do a fender roll with some extra camber and be able to run the 225/40 in the front. For the rear I would really recommend a 245/35 or a 255/35.

^It happens, no biggie. Its still a bit too tall, but way better than the size you listed earlier.
