Aligment needed?
Ok so I'm about to do a road trip and I was wondering if I should get an aligment because I've changed my mag/tire from stock to 17x9(225/255+40) and still on stock aligment so my question is can I make the ride more enjoyable with a right aligment?

So you changed your wheels and tires. That wont have an effect on your alignment, but your alignment may need to be adjusted if you changed from staggered to square. Either way, it woulnd't affect the ride quality..
AP1 or AP2?
How long has it been since you had it aligned?

its really all up to your preference the car will be more prone to oversteer due to the increased front grip. if its just for a regular spirited driving, your stock alignment may be fine, but personally i would increase camber.

On my 2007 I just replaced a set of Bridgestone RE01 with RE11a with the same tire setup that you have. The RE01s wore very well with stock alignment (approx -.7 deg frt camber, -1.2 degr rear camber, zero front toe, rear toe in 0.15 degrees)). The only complaint I had with this alignment was a tendency for oversteer. Dropped on the new RE11a and immediately noticed 2 things; 1) they had substantially more grip so I need to add more camber front and rear. 2) the tire pressure needed to be increased to account for the "softer" side walls. 3) the turn-in feel was much softer, but increasing the camber plus an extra 3#s front tire pressure returned the car to a very balanced car.
IMO, if you are getting good wear, don't have excessive oversteer or understeer and the car feels balanced leave it alone. How ever if you have some undesirable characteristics then align/adjust to get rid of them.
