For what it's worth to you, I made a spreadsheet with most of the 17x9 options with at least "reasonable" offsets for us as well as links to the best price I could find. I make no promises it's the "best" place to get them but probably the least expensive.
17x9 s2000 Wheels
The 949 6ULs are the cheapest option up there by almost $400 but I know that some people have complained about the longevity of the wheel with sustained Track and even AutoX use. To be super clear, I do not have 6ULs and I've never seen a set fail but there are several threads about it both on here and Miata forums. So, take that with the appropriately sized grain of salt. Next cheapest are the TSW Nurburgrings in a very friend +63 and the less friendly Wedsport SA-72R in a +42.
