I want to get Advan RZ wheels
17 x 7.5 front +48 & 17 x 8.5 rear +51

and Neova AD08 tires
215/45-17 front & 255/40-17 rear

I have a CR with stock suspension and I don't want to roll the fenders

The wheel fitment guide says:
"For the front: +48 to +52 offset: 215 tires, 7.0" - 8.0" wide wheel
For the rear: +50 to +54 offset: 255 tires, 8.0" - 9.5" wide wheel"

offset calculators say that wheels would stick out 13mm front and 14mm rear

I just want to make sure this combo will fit
better to ask twice and buy once

I would say they are going to rub. I havve had wheels 17X8.5 with a 55mm offset rub. You can try more negative camber and or a 245/40R17 on the rear.
