17x7 +48 (no worries, this will fit), 17x8 +43 (this is where I'm concerned).
215/245 tires (AP2 sizes)
Mild fender rolling (no pulling or flaring).
UK-spec alignment (forget exactly, but about -1.2 deg front, -1.8 deg rear).
Suspension is Koni+RSR, so about 1'' drop F, 1.5'' R.

Will this still rub? Thanks

You will be fine. You may not have to roll the fenders at all depending on how much negative camber you run.

Speaking of FN01R-C's. Anyone out there got any 17 x10 +35's in Matt Black that they want to get rid of?

That's crazy fitment.

I think I'll do +42 front and +43 rear, 215/245.
Worried about rear..

i think you should run a little more camber just to be safe. i know with an 8 +38 in the rear with a 245 a rubbed a little bit. as for the front, you should be fine.

I agree with ap2 here... you may want to run a bit more camber to avoid rubbing. The 8 inch wheel really wont give that tire any stretch and may bulge just a little bit. It could present some issues under hard compression.

If you rub, I would just relocate the bumper tab, but I'm not sure if your looking to do this.

Just bought drag wheels/tires for my MR2, so I took it's wheels and threw them on my S2k.

17x7 + 35 w/ 215 and 17x9 + 35 w/ 245

Sticks out some in the rear... Once lowered, and the fenders are rolled, it should actually look pretty good!
