Default 40 offset - 9 inch wheel, able to run 255 tire?

Hello everyone, I just picked up a set of lm's and the wheel size is 17x9 and 17x8, both 40 offset. I want to run a 255 tire in the rear and 225 tire up front, however I have not rolled my fenders yet. Basically, I'd like to roll my fenders but avoid a pull, possibly by running neg camber? I'd like to avoid hellaflush/negcamber. I'm dropped about 2.25 inches front, rear on tein flexes.

Will this be doable? Or should I go with smaller tire sizes. What's the best recommended option?

I'd recommend 245 if you just want a simple roll.

Your asking for headaches beyond rolling. If maximizing tire width isn't that important to you, your better off going with 215/245 and reasonable camber. But if your lowered 2.5" what I consider reasonable camber is already beyond your grasp without front and rear camber kit. As is your going to be flipping your tires to get more life out of them.
