just wondering if these would be OK to use for the rest of the year, into next? or if anyone had had them before...

Had to google that one, it's not on tirerack. I think for the money you could probably do better. It looks like an old school tire.

Rest of the year into next meaning driving them thru winter on snow?

Or...are you asking if they'll last for about a years use in summer?

You really need to check the DOT code. Those tires have been discontinued for a long time. As long as they are newer than 10 years and they are the correct size it would not hurt the car but they are not a good handling tire.
