245/40/17 ON 17X9 LE37's?

I just bought new stock tires for my AP2 (245/40/17 rear). Now I want to get some LE37's. Rear size 17X9. Is it ok to use the stock tires with these wheels? Will the performance be different?

What is the offset of the wheels and what size are you running on the front?

You would be fine with the 245/40R17 but you can also use a 255/40R17 on the 63mm offset wheel.
