Is it possible to run a 10mm rear spacer on the factory studs?

No, 5mm max and even that is pushing it. You lose 2 full turns of a lug nut with only a 3mm spacer (wheel stud thread pitch is 1.5mm) which is the widest I would run on stock studs.

Okay. Well, do H&R (or Kics or Ichiba) 15mm rear spacers with the studs require you to cut down the factory studs? I don't understand how you can run a spacer narrow than the width of the factory stud.

It entirely depends on the wheel you are running. Most aftermarket wheels have a recess there that will allow clearance for the stock studs. I believe AP2 wheels have at least a little clearance, should work with 20mm spacers and possibly 15mm.

Does H&R make a 20mm spacer with built in studs? I have not been able to find anything.

Sweet thank you. I think I will end up giving the 20mm on all four a try. I am already at -1.5 camber front, and -2.0 rear.

I have project kics 25mm front and rear on V2s w falken azenis 215/255 combo. Lowered pretty far on bilstein pss9 with -1.5 f and -2.5 rear camber. Not much rubbing to speak of, not rolled or anything. Looks absolutely sick!
