18x9 on all 4 corners
Hi i just got a quote on wheels from a shop in Michigan. I was told that the correct size wheels for my 2000 S2000 were 18x9's on all 4 corners just with different offsets. Is this possible??
Please help.
Thanks in advance

1. Why would you want to run the same size wheel on all four....?? Staggered wheel size usually = staggered tire size...a good thing for the S2000.
2. What offsets did they try to tell you were the correct fitment to do this...??
3. What size tires do you plan on putting on these wheels F/R...??
Still confused on why......

I'm confuused as well because i though the fronts were supposed to be 18x8 to fit 225/40/18 and for the rears i though 18x9 rims with 255/35/18's.
Is this not more of a correct size?? This is what i asked they guy for and he told me it wasn't which is why i put this post up.
I asked the shop for the offsets and they never replied yet. I also asked how a 225 tire fits on a 9 inch wide rim. I can't see that working to well. Hopefully they reply to me today.

You answered your own question.............
The wheel sizes / tire sizes that you listed are considered a correct fit for the S2000
18x8 +53 front
18x9 +62 rear
Would work very well with the tire sizes you mentioned.

The shop knows wheels but they don't know s2000's.
225's on 9 inch rim is a
With the correct offsets in theory you can make anything fit but your going to run out of room on the inside of the wheel well.
Agreed it WILL NOT support the optimum staggered setup.
