I'm looking into a set of wheels and the specs are as stated on the topic title. I know the fronts will fit, but i'm questioning the rear. Will the following specs fit? Do i have to roll render and what size tires can i put on?

Yes, the rears will fit as well. You may wish to roll your rear fenders if you plan on lowering the car, but it's not a big deal.

i would run oem ap2 tire sizes

You can run 225/40R18 or 215/40R18 in the front and 245/35R18 rear.
