Front are ok.. But you need something like a +68 to + 71 for the rears

I am not sure the fronts are OK either.

At 8" it would work if you didn't get tires any wider than stock, but at 8.5" and if you get tires wider than 7.1" wide (forget rated sizes and look at actual sizes!)

Use a 255/35-18 and it shouldn't rub unless your car is slammed.
