I haven't checked your sizes specifically but in general keep in mind that the Goodyears are narrow for their rated section width which could be why you don't have rubbing.

I bought used OZ Superleggeras (18x8" front, 18 x 9" rear) in the anthacyte color. I mounted up the new Dunlop race tires (225/40 front, 255/35 rear) and they do rub a bit if I hit bumps while cornering. The car is on stock suspenson. These dunlops are as wide as tires 1 or 2 sizes bigger (according to their measured width in Tire Rack's specs) so I am hoping when I switch them to street tires the rubbing goes away.

I agree they are maybe the best looking wheel for the S2K, and people are always checking out the car, thinking it is some exotic machine. With race tires the car oversteers on any race track I've driven it on, so I am looking to get a bigger front sway bar for it to help correct that. Hopefully it will be neutral on street tires.

Nice, good for you.

I had The Superleggera III's on my Z, liked them very much. If I hadn't already been there I'd get the regular ones for the S. Looking for something new though.

Enjoy!
