1) Yes you can run a 245 all around with a 9" +63

2) No you cannot run a 245 with a spoon caliper and a 9 +54 nor 9 +63 with a 10mm spacer on stock camber if your lowered. You will have rubbage

and yes the RP41 +45 with a 255, he did have rolled front fenders up front.
