So far for me:

Track = 2
street = 0

for fked up rims

If you are messing up rims on the street and not on the track, you better slow down on the street and speed up on the track!

I track my car almost monthly...... I'm the HPDE tech chief for NASA AZ.....

I have never bent/broken a wheel on track...and that includes 2 sets of Rota's on my old Integra...... maybe Im just good at not hitting stuff.....curbing shouldn't be killing wheels and you shouldn't be going off track either

Regarding track vs. street, lightweight vs. heavy, you'd definitely go with the lighter-weight wheels for the track. Both for performance and durability reasons. Obviously, less unsprung and rotational mass will improve performance (better acceleration and handling). But also, a lifetime of road usage is harder on wheels than relatively few hours of usage at the track. Read more in this thread (starting halfway down the 2nd page):

17x8 +45 and 17x9 +50?

any higher offset for 17x8?

17x8 and 17x9 +50 would be great.

these are coming out in few weeks? months?
