Default 17x9 +40 (all around) on Stock Fenders?

So recently, I've come across a set of Enkei RPM2s for a hell of a deal. The specs are 17x9, with a +40 offset. Currently, my car is slightly lowered on Tanabe GF210 springs. Maybe 0.8 of an inch or so. I'd like to purchase these wheels, but I'm against fender rolling if I can help it. Most likely, I'll be running 255/40 in the rear, and 215-225/40 in the front.

With the barely lower than stock ride height, do I still need to roll fenders or can I get away with leaving them as is?

Thanks in advance.

you might be able to squeeze in some 215s up front but the rears are not gonna fly.
