Default 17x9 +38

Planning on doing this setup with a 245 all around what kind of camber should I be running with about a finger gap all the way around? I was thinking -2.75 neg front and -3.0 neg rear. If you guys are non-staggered what kind of alignment specs should I be running? I plan on doing auto-x.

What wheel? Even with a 245 and negative camber you probably are going to have to do fender work with that offset. Especially doing auto x where your springs will be compressed.

+48 would be a better choice

Someone local in the Bay is running that size on RPF 1 wheels with RS3 in 255/40. He had to do the usual fender work:

1. Pull front fenders as far as you can using either a roller or go to a body shop, trim the fender liner
2. Roll the rears flat with slight pull, relocate the mounting tab back & trim the arch on the rear bumper
3. Run static camber as high as you can/desire - reduce toe if you can in the rear.

Since you are running 245s, you should have better clearance over a 255/40.

If someone local had rpf1s they were either 17x9 +35 or 17x9.5 +38. They don't make a 9 +38

Yes you're right 17x9.5 +38. My mistake on what I read.

Still same as mentioned above but prob not as aggressive as a pull for the front fenders.
