Sup guys will these fit with no fender roll?

I'd go one size down on the 255's but the rears should be fine.

I'm on t1r 52 bmax coils. Im gonna go ahead and roll my fenders.

Stretching implies that you would be stretching the narrow tire onto the wheel, you're suggesting that if doesn't want Stretch/Roll he should do a 225(more stretch) over a 245(less/no Stretch). I believe you may be mistakenly referring to "flaring" the fenders.

17x9 +48 is fine up front IMO, You could fit a 245/40 up there with a roll/small flare depending on how low you like it.

This is a 18x9J +50 w/ 255/35 and no flare just a light roll and lowered w/ -1.5 Degrees camber. (I know rim size is off, but for fitment reference.)

This is a 18x8.5J +29 w/ 225/40 Flared/Rolled and Slammed on -2.5 Degrees camber (Equivalent to 9J +35)

As for the rears either 265/275 sounds fine, the rear will require minimal work due to high offset.
