Thumbs up 17x8/9 +45 with 245, will it need fender mods

Basically I'm just wondering if I'm going to have to have the rear bumper tabs relocated or the fenders rolled on a swift one inch drop with a 245 tire and 17x8/9 +45 wheels? I want absolutely zero scrubbing with the maybe the exception of large speed bumps and so forth. I'm just trying to figure out if I want to have my mechanics mess with my fenders because if that's the case then I might as well go with a 255. I understand some negative camber might be needed but, I just need the rear fender modifications clarified because I'm reading a lot of mixed thoughts.

I would say that with the 245/40R17 and a little negative camber you amy be fine. I would try that first before rolling the fenders.
If I can help let me know.

Do you think RE-11's in a 215/245 setup would look too stretched?

A 215 is at home on a 7" wheel, so I imagine putting it on a 8" would stretch it a little. Then again, it depends on which brand tire you get.

I am curious about that, you see the previous owner of my S2k bought Kazera KZ-F 18x8 225/40 R18 for the tire for the front and 18x9 255/35 R18 for the rear , and well i simply dont like them, never heard of the company before so I'm not sure how reliable they are, I was thinking about buying OZ Ultraleggera same wheel size and getting same tire size but this time some potenza RE-11 tires.

problem I was facing would be quite expensive tires, now i saw a video of J's Racing s2000 from thei 07 setup and they have enkei RPF1 wheels and it said 255/40 R17 all around, i assume they have 17x9 wheels all around.
Couldn't find any specs. on offsize but I was interested on getting them for Enkei wheel is quite cheap, does the 17x9 clear the front?

i think the previous owner installed the Tein type flex suspension just for these wheels, so I might already have the proper camber setup but i'll do an alignment for it when i get them.

17x9 +45 on the Enkeis all around will need a definite roll on all 4 corners. Depending on how low you are you might also need a mild flare in the front as well. Relocate the bumper tabs in the rear and trim the liners is also in order.

It will be a minor stretch but is perfectly fine. Those are the tire sizes you need to run if you don't want to roll.

well my worrying is not so much about if it will hit the fender on top since im running 18x8 on the front atm, the problem is when i do a full turn with the wheel, will a 17x9 rub on the inside plastics?

I'm thinking about getting the RPF1 in 17X8/9+45. But I want to run 225's and 255's. I'm OK with rolling fenders and relocating the Tabs is there anything else I need to do? I'm 1" lowered, with -1.5" MAX in the future.
