I'm looking to get some new tires so I can start tracking my car.
I was told that 245/45's would be good for the rear, but what about the fronts?
I'm clueless, however, when it comes to tire sizes.
Can anyone chime in with some suggestions?
I'm looking to buy Kumho XS's if that helps.
Thanks.

With those wheels you are going to need to do some work on your fenders. The 245/45R17 is not a good size. Go with the 245/40R17 for much better handling. If I can help let me know.

I'm running 235/40 all around right now with minimal camber. My fenders are rolled and slightly pulled.
I'm just trying to see how much more tire I can squeeze into my set-up without having the tires to, either, poke or rub.
I don't mind running a little neg. camber but if I have to run smaller tires to fit, I'm alright with it.

215/40 fronts and 235/40 rear. 45s are too tall. I've tried 225/45 too tall then switched to 215/45 still too tall. Looks funky with the front being 45s and rear being 40s. Just do 40s all around thats what I'm doing next. Sh|t looks rediculous with the front being taller.

235/40 is what I'm currently running all around.
The fronts are fine but the rears show a little bit of a stretch. That's why I was thinking maybe 245/40s or 245/45s might be a good fit.
The way it looks right now looks like I might be able to squeeze in a 245 in the rear.
Thanks for the input guys!
