Default 17x8 and 17x9.5 Fitment/Offsets SSR Comps

Ok, I have a set of SSR comps in 17x8" with +38mm offset.
I'm planning on buying 2 more SSR comps in 17x9.5 and am not sure which offset to get.

My questions are, will the 17x8's I have fit on the front? and what offset will I need to fit the 17x9.5's on the back?

Then, what tire sizes would be best to run? 235 F/265 R ? I would like to try the Kumho MX's

The car is lowered 1"

I don't want to have rubbing problems or anything.

Thanx
Eric

If you have a 38mm offset wheel I don't think it is going to work. The wheel we have for this car is a 17X8 ET48 and 17X9 ET55. I recommend either 215/45R17 or 225/45R17 front with 245/40R17 or 255/40R17 rear.
If I can help let me know.

damn...so the 38mm offset probably wont work...hmm...since I have them with tires on them right now, should I try to put them on anyway? See if they'll fit? Or do I have to drive it to (the tires aren't the right size) 245/45/17 much to big for S2000 but should be able to put rim on with it off the ground right...just to check fitment.

if it doesn't work then I'll be selling them.

the 17x8 will work with a slight camber but I also would recommend a 225 width tire. on the rear, the higher the offset the better
