Default 17x7 +40 offset all the way around

I'm getting a stupid good deal on these wheels i really like, no tires, need to buy those. BUT

will 17x7s with a +40 offset fit with no probs? I'm lowered on skunk 2 springs.

I will get fender work done if i need to.

Also what tire size would yall recommend. I'm new to this tire/wheel matching stuff haha

Should fit pretty easily, yeah. I wouldn't expect any fender rolling to be necessary.

Those are some pretty weak widths though... dunno if you could even get 225's on them...

ya there not the widest and nicest haha, but they look damn good, and i just want them to tide me over for a while until i can save for something i REALLY want haha. which will be forever.

you think 225/45/17 would work on em?

I just checked and 225/45/17 Dunlop Star Specs have a width range of 7-8.5" according to TireRack so you should be good for any 225 tires but nothing higher I'd expect.

If you want to run non-staggered, then 225/45 is probably the best choice. You should really consider getting something at least 8" for the rear.

You could also stagger the tires with 205/50R17 front and 225/45R17 rear.

nah I wouldn't stagger the tires. just have them all same , at least u can half rotate. (with that wheel I'm sure you wont need any camber adjustment so have them the same all around). As for looks, get some spacers for now it should look fine. btw what kind of wheel are they? I'm curious =)
