There is also the 17" JDM Modulo wheels with these specs (best specs I've seen on a 17" wheel)...
17x7 +55 p/n: 08W17-S2A-000A
17x8.5 +62 p/n: 08W17-S2A-000B (just so happens I have the '02 JDM accessories catalog on my desk )

The only drawbacks with these wheels are that they are fairly expensive (import from Japan) and they are not that light!
I believe tims2k has them on his car.

Do I get any part of the prize???

So, I was under the impression that an 18" wheel/tire would be heavier that a 17" setup.
Generally speaking, (I know weights vary a lot) will this 17"x10" be about the same,
lighter or heavier than what most people are going with in an 18" setup??
I'm thinking about the weight in how it might hinder performance.

Bringing this topic back to life. I just got a set of 17' work s1's

17X10 +60

17x8 +48

Planning to run a 265/40/17 in the rear because I am lowered and a 275 will be too "high" of a tire for the front.

Just passing on a little help

update with pics on this...there reall should be a sticky thread on 17x 10 rims as i stated in the gallery..it would waste less space on the forum if all this info was in one spot..of wide tires and flaring and camber stuff

just imo
