17 in. Volks... Opinions on tire size
Volk te37....
Front- 17x7.5 offset is 48
Rear- 17x8.5 offset is 50
Would I be able to get away with a 255/40 for the rear? And any ideas for the max width on the front? Thanks in advance...

Wouldnt you want 225s on the front? Based on the normal stagger being 215/245 on the AP2. I guess I could be wrong, but I was told when I was looking @ getting 245s for the rear that I should get 215s for the front.

I wasn't sure of that either... I was torn on 215's and 225's... I have 215's now and am fairly sure I can go wider... I have 245's in teh rear as of now...
I dont think 10mm front and/or rear will make much of a clearance issue, right?

You want to go with a 215/255 combo if you want to avoid the chance of rubbing. Your offset choices are at the limits but should fit without any issues.
The stock AP2 tire is narrow for its size just like the stock AP1 tire is wide for its size. The AP2 front tire is closer to a 205 so going with the 215 and 255 will keep the stock stagger.

Have many people done a 235/275 setup on an AP1? What offsets would be needed for a 17x7.5, 17x9 setup to run those widths?

AP2 1.2" drop
.7deg camber front 0 toe 6.0 caster
1.9deg camber rear .1" toe in
TOYO T1-R's
17x8+49 225/45
17x9+49 265/40
Only rear fenders are rolled.
no problems even on the worst bumps

I have the same question, except I already have the tires
I bought some S-03's for the stock wheels (225/45 and 255/40) but then ran across LE37's for a good price. The front is 17x7.5 +48...
What can I do, besides rolling the fenders, to fix?
If changing to a different size front is best, what would be a decent tire to run with the S-03's on the back, since I'd prefer not to buy all new tires again, then I'd have to sell the S-03's...
