Check on the Enkei ES-Tarmac . They have them in 16 x 7 and 16 x 8.
Some if the rally inporters have them. You could see them in the enkei web site in the asia section.

http://www.rallispec.com/ has them, but not sure if they still have any in stock.
The ones at ICB are ridiculously priced. I told them that 6 months ago when they were asking 1800 or 1900, looks like they still haven't come down much.

I wanted a second set of 16" rims as well. Found a set of SSR A2 Integrals in 16x7, 16x8, 45 offset here at S2ki.
Just keep checking the ads here, a set of 16"ers should turn up pretty regularly. No reason to spend a ton of $$$$.
