Default 16/7 16/8 what size tires

So I got some new 16's Front 16/7et45 Rear 16/8et48. Now my Question is should I stick with the stock ap1 size's 205/55/16 and 225/50/16 or should I go up a size or two like say 225/50/16 front and 245/45/16 rear???

Thanx in advance

I know there is another thread that explaines this. For some reason the stock rear tire, that says 225, is really a 245 when measured.

S2000 stock wheel offsets are +55 front & +65 rear.

I found this chart on this forum somewhere. It really helped me when I was getting wheels and tires.

For the front:
6.5

The most important thing is to select the best tire for your wants/needs/usage.

Size is secondary!

If you want the absolute best wet/dry Summer tires, they're only available in stock sizes, 205/55-16 F, 225/50-16 R.

BUT, Hankook RS-2's are great tires for cheap, and are available in a gazillion different sizes.

I'm running them in 205/50-16 F, 245/45-16 R on my SSR Integral A2 wheels (16x7 +45, 16x8 +45).
