twanksta trust riley, the reason he doesnt give out the offsets is whats to stop you from using his info and go somewhere else. but he will make sure you taken care of no worries about fitments.

Maybe you should be asking him about tires then. Personally, I would deal with someone who kept me on a need-to-know basis. A contractor tried to pull that on me with my home repairs...said I couldn't see the breakdown unless I signed the contract. I'd want to know what tire sizes I can run before getting into a tough fitment situation.
My tire needs define my wheel choices. I ususally have a couple tires in mind when I am buying the wheel: I like the 275-40-17 and that would be my reason for shopping a 17x10.
If your wheel guy has it all worked out, then good luck to you.

Yeah, Riley has given me all the options already and told me what modifications would be neccessary. My main question in this post was how the handling characteristics would be or change with this type of setup. Trust my I want as much rubber on the ground as possibly and a 275 would be absolutely sick!
I definately trust Riley with everything, he knows ALOT about the wheel/tire fitment on these cars, hell he is running 11.5" wide on the back!!!! I guess I should go back to him and ask him what tire options I have now, abviously wider the better. With the ASM fenders Im sure I could get something a little more meaty, just need to also research those to see what modifications need to be made to get them on the car.

just giving you a heads up, VS-XX's are hard to acheive when it comes to big lips.
You can still run an aggressive offset, but the way the VX-XX's are made, its hard to acquire such lip on it.

Why is that? I see in their gallery these Lexus and luxory cars with huge lips on the VS-XX wheel, I know I wont need that much on the s2k. Im just curious, want to research before I make my ultimate decision. Especially with a 2400 set of wheels..
