I've shipped about a dozen sets of wheels via UPS, with great results. But, I think only one set with tires, and that was to Canada.

Uship is quoting around $220, and I believe UPS would be cheaper.

I will take $50 of the total price if you just use U ship. It will be much easier for them to come pick it up from me.
