I have a set of Volk CE28 Genesis that are 17x9.5 +28 all around. They're a very clean set with very minor damage on them. They come with tires, but are recommended to be replaced. However, they are definitely capable of being driven on for a bit. Great set of wheels for those looking for aggressive set-ups!
