MD FS: Enkei NT03 17x8 +40, 17x9 +43 w/ S Drives

As the title states, I'm selling a set of the original Enkei NT03 wheels with tires (Yokohama S.Drives) the tires are 215/45 and 245/40 . The wheels themselves are fine, however they do need to be re-painted or powder coated. In terms of the tire tread, they've only been driven for around 5 thousand miles. There aren't any valves on them currently as I have been planning to get them powder coated but have been lazy to bring them to a shop. When I had them on, the only time I'd rub is on monster bumps, however I was at stock height, attached is a picture that shows how the fitment looks.
The front wheels are:
17x8 +40
The rear wheels are:
17x9 +43
