WTB: supercharger
Between comptech and vortech superchargers, which one packs more of a punch around vtec? I'm looking to spend around 2500.00 on a used supercharger. Pm me if you have a deal!

S/C with a smaller pully will go faster in a strait line. Doesn't have the same torque as turbo but it should pull on any tuned N/A S. I agree with you when you say turbo is the better option but lets give the S/C a little more credit. 100 extra hp to the wheels is a good amount of power.

by the way I may have a Comptech S/C Aftercooled for you with two pulleys 7psi and 9psi and a front mount spearco aftercooler radiator if you are interested in paying more. PM me if interested.

I've never known of a N/A tuned( tuned meaning stand along or piggy back) with stock internals running 300hp to the wheels. But if such a thing existed then yes I believe that the N/A power is better for the twisties than FI. Personally I like the S/C or turbo route better.

Sorry I was comparing street/track attack ASM and J's Racing S2000s to a SC USDM version one. Yeah two totally different animals but you said that a SC S2k is faster...

Sorry this is off topic but Aus you run an S/C right? I can't remember if you ran turbo or S/C but I've seen your posts around. If you do run S/C how many pounds of boost are you running and how does the midrange feel?
