WTB : Stainless Steel Braided Radiator Hose

I am trying to find a upper Stainless Steel braided radiator hose. NOT the covering, the braided hose with the covering already on it. I know you can buy them at Pep Boys and Earl's and I have been to Earl's and they won't sell it to me. So I am looking again. also does anyone know the ID of the upper hose.
