lmk what you have (clean title/ color/ pics/ number of owners/ maintenance records). salvage title car owners should be able to give me details on the collision/ theft recovery.

west coast car preferred, as I am located on the west coast. i already have $15.5k cash in hand, but may be able to find (AKA beg/borrow/steal) up to 17 or 18k for the right car. TIA!
