I am looking for an s2000, unfortunately I am on a limited budget. I am located in PA and willing to travel a little bit to get the car. I have cash in hand but also have some pre-requisites that I need to make sure they get met.

-Clean title, no accidents...
-Up to date on maintenance with records
-I don't care what color it is
-Mileage: the lower the better with condition in mind. Higher miles in great shape is more desirable to me than low miles in crappy shape.

Search my threads... 33k miles mint shape for 12.5k.... I hightly doubt there even exists a cleaner, lower mileage car for this price.

Your car looks excellent however I hate to say it but $12,000 is the absolute MAX I can spend. Especially considering I will have to travel that distance. Ideally I'd like to spend $11,000 and change. It's not that your car isn't worth it, it's just that I don't have enough and no room to flex.

I was in same boat as you.

Mint condition S2000's for under $12000 can be found.

To give you an idea I just paid $10700 (after taxes,title,new tag) at a dealership for a mint condition 2002 96k miles.

Ppl cant resist cash in hands

I mean I have a nice 55k mile 04 I'd sell for $12,999 but thats out of your range.
