Sorry to be slow but what are the "hard to strikers"?

In the 2000, and 2001 (i think) MY's they had just normal soft top strikers (the thing the latch grabs on to) and over time, the striker wears down and the latch can't hold it down as firm, causing un-godly amounts of road noise. Good thing for 2002+ owners Honda got it right by installing the hardtop strikers as soft top strikers as well.
