WTB AP1 Stock exhaust and Air intake
Hi guys,
Recently bought a 2002 S and the only non stock things done were the exhaust and air intake.
Normally I am OK with this but when checked out they messed both of them up badly.
Exhaust has several leaks and was a welding disaster so I want to just find a used stock exhaust somewhere.
The Air intake was taped together and I was advised to get something better.
I am located in Houston, thanks for looking.

These parts show up here routinely. They're a PITA to ship and the exhaust is nearly impossible as it's one piece. Looking at the intake part numbers almost all ending with 000 tells me there's little difference in the AP1 and AP2 intakes other than some hose connections. The main intake pipe between the air cleaner box and manifold has different hose connections. Experience with fitting aftermarket exhausts to AP1 and AP2 cars indicates either OEM exhaust will fit (or can be made to fit).
Unless you're striving for a 100 Point restoration a good aftermarket intake like the K&N FIPK will work nicely and I can recommend the Tanabe Medalion Touring dual exhaust to remedy your exhaust issues. This combination with a Berk high flow cat showed 221 hp at the rear wheels on a Mustang dyno.
