Japanese Navigation disk?

Japanese Navigation disk?
Hi, Has anyone come across a JDM Navigation disk for a 99 Japanese S2000?
I have DVD navigation that came with my import, but with no disk. They seem almost impossible to source from Japan, so if anyone has come across one I would be interested. The latest disk has part nos 39010-S0X-345 (orange disk), but any earlier versions would do. I know the disk is useless in the UK, but having repaired the screen (the backlight had gone), i would like to try it out.
