Double check to make sure it's not the ballast that went.
Swap the bulb that is working to the light that's not. Don't touch the glass part of the bulb though. ONLY handle it by the plastic base.
If it lights up the old bulb is dead, if it doesn't the ballast is dead.

I have two, $60 shipped.
You should NEVER buy only one when replacing any bulb on your vehicle. It's highly recommended that you replace both bulbs, to ensure a proper wattage/color match. Because even to the untrained eye, any plain village idiot, could tell one headlight is a different hue than the other.
Both of mine are OE, Phillips bulbs. Never been used.
