I'm looking for a hardtop that comes with the hardware needed for $1000. Preferably near Las Vegas, dont mind traveling if neccessary.

For $1000 you'd have a damaged/repainted hardtop. Good one's, that are complete are going for $3200-4000. Save some coin and buy a good one.

Even reps in good condition usually sell for more than that.
