Track Day at Mission Raceway
#12
I'm not affiliated with this event in any way, but I just want to add my 2cents, since I've been to a few of these before.
This is the perfect event for those of you that want to test the limits of your car, in a controlled and learning environment.
For example, for first timers, there is no passing allowed (at least that was the rule when it was my first time out a few years ago), so if you're grouped with some slow ass cars, it's pretty boring following them. (if you're lead car, you can't leave your group behind in the dust either).
Also...these events are rain or shine....so if some of you guys have crappy rain tires, understand that you're expected to go rain or shine...and if you guys don't show, don't expect a refund.
PS: Rain is still fun...you get to learn the handling characteristics of your car at a slower speed)
