throttle cutting out during sharp corner?
#11
As it was finally dry today, I went the "scenic" route home, through UBC (recap of my previous post: my fuel gauge still displayed full tank as I didn't drive the last few days since fill up). Driving with reasonable exuberance around the traffic circle westbound, and doing as sloppy a job of the u-turn on East Mall (at Stadium) as I could, did not produce throttle cutout / fuel starvation. (Both left turns registered ~0.7-0.8 G on Dynolicious running on my iPhone).
Another piece of [circumstantial] evidence suggesting fuel-starvation. Like you say Kenny, I am unimpressed that this occurs in our cars.
Is anyone fluent enough with the capabilities of Hondata FlashPro to know if the information captured by the datalogs can provide more direct evidence regarding if it is indeed being fuel starved?
