Default Things to see/do around Vancouver(ish)

Hey guys, was wondering now that the weather is nice what are some things you suggest doing around the area that are nice/fun and not too expensive?

Last weekend I went to Bowen Island. Pretty lax place with some nice areas to sit around, kick a ball or play frisbee. The cruise itself had some pretty nice views. Roundtrip ticket for the cruise was like $9.75 or something. Any other ideas?

Go for a drive to ...White Rock, Harrison Hot Spring, Stave Lake (BC Hydro Dam), etc.... Rent a bike and ride or rollerblade around Stanley Park Sea Wall. Head over to Steveston and have some fish & chips. Go to a museum or equivalent (Anthropology, Science World, Maritime, Space,...).

...go to Wreck Beach! Free!

For those interested, the All British Field Meet is this Saturday. I'm a little disappointed in myself for dragging my ass and not getting the seven ready this year, but I can at least take consolation in the fact that many of the cars I get paid to work on will be there (including a 1937 MG TA we've been working on for the past few years).
